The issues before us are: (1) whether filing of a petition for dissolution automatically abrogates a community property agreement; (2) whether the trial court erred in its method of valuation of the husband's pension benefits; and (3) if so, whether that error rendered the property distribution so unfair and inequitable as to be an abuse of discretion. We affirm the trial court.
